A group of top Australian paddle boarders got together with SUP Victoria and RPS the boardstore for the ultimate 14′ paddle board test. 14 boards were raced by 14 different people over a 150 meter out and back course around a buoy. This is the most interesting test of flatwater race boards ever done and there is a wealth of data from the test runs.
If you are in the market for a 14′ race board, you should check out this test as it covers the most popular boards available. The information from this test should help you make a good decision on which race board is best for you.
The link to the blog post with the test information is here.
There is a discussion of this test in the popular SUP forum, The Stand Up Zone, which includes many great photos of the test boards. The link to the forum thread is here.
