Tom Jones recently stopped in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina as he reaches near the halfway mark on his epic journey up the east coast of America on a stand up paddle board. There is an article about his North Myrtle Beach stop including a local news video at scnow.com
Tom is making this 1500 mile paddle to raise awareness of the problem of plastics polluting our oceans. He has founded a non-profit organization plasticfreeocean.org and is hoping to raise funds at stops along his journey to further the cause of a plastic free ocean.
