The 37 minute video covers the basics of the sport for newbies. The video is divided into clickable chapters, which makes it easy to replay individual sections, but you will want to watch the entire video as it is an excellent introduction to the sport.

Victoria’s Secret Supermodel and Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue cover girl, Marisa Miller is designing a new line of women’s Stand Up Paddle Boards with Randy French of Surftech.
Miller, who grew up in Santa Cruz California, loves to surf and has been involved in surfing from a young age. She placed second in the celebrity division of the Kelly Slater Invitational in 2004.
